Virtual environment and educational partnership
During the 12th to the 14th of November 2008 in Poiana Brasov was organized The National Conference “Virtual environment and educational partnership”. Over 250 teachers took part in the event. The teachers that were invited presented educational projects focused on using the newest technologies for education.

Organized by SIVECO Romania, under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth and in partnership with PC Magazine and TVR, the SIVECO Cup competition aims to promote the developers of multimedia educational resources, young pupils from the preuniversitary system.
SIVECO Romania is launching in Bucharest and Timisoara SIVECO Academy 2008 - a program of recruiting and professional development for business consultants working on economic applications, software programmers (in Java and Oracle technologies), and sales representatives for software solutions.
Event theme: Training program for performance in computer science, supported by well-known teachers. The development of the .campion program starts from the idea that information technology is viable, applicable and with concrete results in modernizing Romanian society.

Training session - Intel®Teach Program – Teaching in the Knowledge Society
Event theme: Intel®Teach – Teaching in the Knowledge Society professional development Program, helps teachers to get familiarize with multiple ways of using the computer and the Internet as means of communication and making more efficient the teaching process.
Event theme: The SIVECO Cup competition is dedicated to students with aptitudes, abilities, and interest in developing inter- and transdisciplinary educational software and to teachers who present innovative teaching and learning techniques.
